Job Summary
Software Professional Solutions (SPS) is currently seeking qualified candidates to serve as RAM Engineer that will provide Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) & Failure Reporting,Analysis, Corrective Action System (FRACAS)  performance compliance for both internal and customer requirements.  This position will be located at [City, State].

This position requires U.S. citizenship. Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Support the FRACAS Process by Lead Failure Investigations and working closely with team
  • Perform reliability analyses, including but not limited trade-off studies, performance assessments (MTBF, MTCBF, MTTR, Ao), Reliability Predictions, Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Perform RAM trade-off analyses
  • Assess RAM performance (MTBF, MTBCF, MTTR, Ao)
  • Define/allocate RAM requirements ?Perform Reliability Predictions
  • Perform Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
  • Perform Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
  • Support Reliability Test Planning and Execution (Accelerated, Growth, Demonstration)
  • Provide support to proposals
Qualifications and Skills
  • 2 years of related experience:
    • Ability & desire to work in large teams.
    • Active Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain Secret Clearance
    • Assessing RAM performance (MTBF, MTBCF,MTTR, Ao)
    • Conducting data analysis and trending
    • Defining / allocating RAM requirements
    • Performing Reliability Predictions
    • Performing Failure Modes Effects Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
    • Perform RAM trade-off analyses ?Experience assessing RAM performance of fielded equipment.
    • Certification in the area of Reliability, Availability and Maintainability.
    • Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills
  • Skilled in  operating MS-Office Suite including Word, Excel, Power Point.

Required Education:

BS/BA in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or other technical discipline. 8+ years of applicable experience in Lieu of BS/BA (2 years of applicable experience equals 1 year of College)
