We are looking for the ideal candidates with extensive knowledge in DoD Research and Development and Army Acquisition Processes.

Location: Picatinny Arsenal, NJ

  • Create, review, update, and staff all program documents as required for Milestone Decisions, i.e.
    • Acquisition Strategy
    • Test and Evaluation Master Plans
    • Initial Capabilities Documents (ICD)
    • Capability Development Documents (CDD)
    • Capability Production Document (CPD)
    • System Engineering Plan
    • Program Protection Plan
    • System Assessment
    • Integrated Program Summaries
    • Simulation Support Plans
    • Performance Specifications
    • Environmental Effects Reports
    • Plans of Action and Milestones
    • Production Readiness Reports
    • Failure Analysis Reports
    • Master Plans
    • Environmental Plans and Assessments
    • Quality Assessment Reports
    • Work Breakdown Structures and procurement packages to support Life Cycle system milestone decisions, cost reporting requirements, and
  • Produce milestone packages.
  • Prepare briefing materials
  • Attend, analyze and report on meetings
  • Analyze cost/performance/risk
  • Evaluate logistics impact of programs
  • Provide recommendations and course of action
  • Ensure Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) budget justifications are
    aligned to the forecasted funding line projects
  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years experience (Eight years of direct related experience may be substituted for Degree)
  • Experience with Remote Weapon Systems
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Ability to prepare documents for Materiel Release, brief at program reviews and board meetings, monitor deliveries/shipments, and assist with scheduling hardware availability.
  • US Citizen
  • SECRET security clearance REQUIRED
